2. Who We Are

We operate across the following areas:

Curated events & experiences (including weddings and private events)
Fashion shows & photoshoots
Brand, social media & creative management
Visual production (photography, video, reels, campaigns) Each service may involve different scopes, timelines, and commitments, which will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

3. Engagement & Scope of Work

All services are undertaken based on:

Written communication Proposals
Confirmed scopes
Event or project briefs
Any work outside the agreed scope will require mutual confirmation and may involve additional charges.
We value clarity over assumptions.

4. Payments & Pricing

A) Advance Payments

Most services require an advance payment to confirm:

Project initiation
Event participation
Shoot bookings
Campaign onboarding
Advance payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

B) Final Payments

Final or milestone payments must be completed within the agreed timelines.

Delayed payments may result in:

Paused work
Withheld deliverables
Cancellation of participation or access

C) Event & Experience Payments

For curated events and experiences:

Participation is limited
Payment confirms your place
No refunds are issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated case-by-case.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and operational feasibility.
For events, fashion shows, and shoots, preparation begins well in advance last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

6. Creative Control & Artistic Direction

Our work relies on creative judgment.

By engaging with us, you acknowledge that:

Final creative decisions may involve interpretation
Styling, flow, pacing, and visual output follow our artistic direction
Minor variations are part of any creative process
We always work with intent not automation.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content created by us (including concepts, visuals, text, formats, designs, and media) remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use delivered content for their intended purpose, but:

Resale
Redistribution
Unauthorized modification is not permitted without written consent.

8. Photography, Video & Event Coverage

By participating in events, shoots, or experiences, you acknowledge that:

Photography or video may be captured
Select visuals may be used for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes
If you have privacy concerns, please inform us in advance.

9. Confidentiality

We respect confidentiality.

Any sensitive information shared with us is handled with care and used only for:
Project execution
Communication
Legal or operational requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable measure:

We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (weather, venue issues, third-party vendors, force majeure)
We are not responsible for indirect losses or expectations beyond agreed deliverables
Our responsibility is limited to the scope and value of the confirmed engagement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SHOW

The Runway Pageant - India — Season I

Terms & Participation Guidelines

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
The pageant is open to participants from across India.

2. Registration Fee

The registration fee of ₹1,999 is a one-time, non-refundable fee.
Payment confirms entry into Round I (Online Registration & Audition).
The fee does not guarantee selection for subsequent rounds.

3. Selection Process

Shortlisting is conducted based on submitted profile details, photographs, and introduction/walk video.
Progression to further rounds is at the sole discretion of the judging panel.

4. Content Submission

Participants must submit accurate information and original content.
Any false information may result in disqualification without refund.

5. Judging

All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding.
Evaluation criteria include confidence, walk, personality, professionalism, and stage presence.

6. Travel & Accommodation

Participants shortlisted for offline rounds are responsible for their own travel and accommodation unless stated otherwise.

7. Media Consent

By participating, you grant The Runway Pageant – India permission to use submitted photos/videos for promotional and event-related purposes.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional conduct throughout all rounds.
Any inappropriate behavior may lead to disqualification.

9. Modification Rights

The organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, venues, or formats if necessary.
